By booking with Marco Montiel, you agree to all terms outlined in this guide, including session policies, deposit requirements, editing timelines, and usage rights

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and full payment is required before any final content is delivered

Turnaround timelines begin once full payment is received

Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images; commercial usage (advertising, resale, business use) requires prior written licensing

Marco Montiel retains full creative control and reserves the right to select final images unless a selection process is included in your package

Images may be used for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes unless the client opts out in writing before the session

Clients may not apply filters, heavy edits, or AI modifications to delivered work without written approval

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled in the event of emergencies, unsafe weather, or unavoidable conflicts

Marco Montiel is not liable for personal injury, equipment damage, or lost property during the session

Final galleries remain available for 30 days; long-term storage is not guaranteed.

Reshoots are only granted if a technical issue occurs on the photographer’s part and do not apply to style, posing, or location preferences

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or a 10% late fee per day
